I provide a warm, grounded space where we can slow down, take a breath, and figure it out together.

By integrating IFS (Internal Family Systems), DBT, and somatic work, I help you address how your body holds stress. Whether it’s the transition into parenthood or the unique hurdles of ADHD or autism, I provide a grounded space for the "messy" parts of life. I believe in healing that feels human, collaborative, and deeply real.

A Space to Just Be. Aside from my education and training, I’m a real person—a mother, a nature-lover, and life-long learner—who knows that life can be complicated and messy. I bring tools to help you manage the 'right now' (like finding your footing when you're overwhelmed) while we also look at the bigger picture. We go at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you today.
