I believe your struggles are adaptive survival strategies, not defects. You aren't broken; your system has simply been doing its best to keep you safe in an overwhelming world.
I believe there is no such thing as a "bad" part of you. Even the parts that feel messy, loud, or "too much" deserve a seat at the table and a chance to be understood.
I believe healing happens in the body, not just the head. We can’t simply "think" our way out of a stuck nervous system; we have to create the somatic space for you to actually breathe.
I believe the therapist-client relationship is a partnership of equals. I bring the clinical tools, but you are the expert on your own lived experience. My practice is rooted in the belief that you aren't broken; you've just been adapting.
My Approach

I provide therapy for those who are tired of just "getting through" the day while their nervous system is stuck on high alert. Whether you are navigating the unique hurdles of neurodivergence, the identity shifts of parenthood, or the complexities of intimacy and life transitions, I see your struggles as adaptive survival strategies rather than "defects." As a mother and a therapist, I know the raw, heavy reality of living in survival mode and the grit it takes to move back toward a state of ease.
Using Polyvagal Theory, IFS, and DBT, we skip the textbook answers and focus on the somatic work that actually creates space for you to breathe. This is a space for the authentic healing unique to your journey and momentum towards sustainable living.
