Talk Therapy Sessions Virtually Across Canada, In Person in YYC

I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor with a developmental perspective. I have an understanding how childhood impacts our adolescent and adult years in life.

During the past 17 years while working in mental health, I have had the honour of working with children, teens, adults, and families. I especially enjoy taking a deep dive with people struggling with love, dating, and romantic relationships.

This is where it’s helpful to connect and understand how past experiences have impacted your life currently. If this resonates with you, I would love to collaboratively work with you!

Hi, I’m Lindsay 👋

Nathalia @ Fernweh Wellness | Online Therapy, ADHD, Trauma

What it’s like to work with me…

I have a trauma-informed, non-judgmental approach.

 I support individuality and self-advocacy.

I believe in creating a respectful therapeutic relationship.

I believe…

We all are innately good humans shaped by lifelong experiences and patterns. Our interactions with the world and how we perceive things around us come from what we have been taught, how we have been raised, and who has influenced us the most throughout our lives.

We are all like unique snowflakes with interesting stories, and not all humans are the same! I want to deeply understand your moments of survival, joy, sadness, loneliness, and strength.

We’ll start where you are—with honesty, flexibility, and no pressure to have it all figured out.
