Registered Provisional Psychologist, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Ofrezco terapia en español para adultos que buscan apoyo psicolĂłgico en lĂnea.
Hi, I’m Nathalia! 👋
I’m a Provisional Psychologist and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who specializes in ADHD, because I’ve lived it. I was diagnosed later in life, and it changed everything. Suddenly, my past and habits made sense. It gave me a new lens to understand myself and find strategies that truly fit.
Now I help other adults do the same:
Understand themselves, build tools that work, and create lives that feel less overwhelming and more you.
I provide online psychological assessments and therapy to residents of Alberta, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick, and online psychotherapy sessions to residents of Ontario, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nunavut, and the NWT.
What it’s like to work with me…
No Judgement!
No “One Size Fits All” Therapy
No Pressure To Have It All Figured Out
I believe…
You’re already doing your best!
Therapy should work with your brain.
You deserve to thrive, not just survive.
