What it’s like to work with me…
I create a space where you can simply be yourself.
I meet you with curiosity, empathy, and without judgement.
I believe healing happens through connection.
I believe...
Healing starts with feeling safe to show up as you are. You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly where to begin. I will meet you with compassion, curiosity, and respect as we work through what has been weighing on you and move toward the life you want to create.
Everyone deserves a place where they can slow down, take a breath, and feel truly heard and valued. My hope is that our time working together helps you better understand yourself, navigate life’s challenges, and reconnect with the strengths that are already within you.
With 10+ years of experience, I work with teens (13+) and adults. I foundationally work with the belief that healing starts by shifting the question from “What’s wrong with me?” to “What happened to me?” When we begin to understand how our experiences have shaped us, things often start to make more sense. Together, we’ll explore your story with compassion, build on your strengths, and support you to feel empowered to live the life you deserve and want to live.

We all have the ability to heal and move forward, but stress, trauma, and difficult life experiences can reduce our capacity to access the strengths that are already within us. Sometimes it isn’t that you’re not capable; it’s that your nervous system has been carrying too much for too long. Together, we’ll work with both your thoughts and your nervous system, creating enough safety to process your experiences, navigate emotions, and move forward with greater confidence and ease.
