She understands that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable and not always easy, and approaches this process with care, patience, and genuine compassion. Through a balance of practical tools, emotional support, and curiosity, she helps clients move toward greater clarity, confidence, and connection within themselves.

Candice’s background includes 10+ years of experience supporting individuals across mental health, addiction, and mandated service settings. Through this work, she has developed a strong understanding of the complexities individuals may face and is committed to providing care that is responsive, respectful, and individualized. It is important to Candice that, regardless of what leads a client to work with her, the client feels in control of their choices in their healing journey.

Candice supports adults and adolescents (13+) navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and life transitions, including those accessing mandated services.
Candice works collaboratively with clients to explore their experiences, build self-awareness, and develop practical strategies that feel manageable and aligned with their lives. She supports clients in reconnecting with their authentic selves, strengthening emotional regulation, and building a greater sense of confidence and control.
She believes that healing begins with feeling safe and understood, and places strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. By creating a supportive and connected space, Candice helps clients engage in their growth at their own pace, fostering lasting and meaningful change.
