I know first-hand as a neurodivergent women myself, how life’s cycles, societal pressures,and ingrained habits or patterns can feel overwhelming or discouraging. My goal is to be someone who supports and encourages you, holds space for your challenges, and helps you take actionable steps toward meaningful change.

This can include exploring trauma, identity, social anxieties, unmasking, or shifting unhelpful patterns of thought and behaviour.

    • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

    • Compassion-Focused Therapy

  • I work with adults and teens navigating the messy, layered parts of life with curiosity, honesty, and no pressure to have it all figured out. Everyone carries experiences that shape how they see themselves and the world, and life can sometimes pull us into overwhelming responsibilities or intense stress that leaves us feeling stretched thin. My goal is to provide a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
