I believe…
Anxiety is a protective signal, not a flaw. I believe that when we create enough somatic safety to listen to that signal, it stops needing to be so loud.
I believe that healing isn't about "fixing" who you are, but about unlearning the stories that tell you you aren't enough. I believe authentic connection starts with a compassionate relationship with yourself.
We’ll begin by quieting the internal storm… creating a space where your story is heard without the pressure to 'fix' it all at once. It’s about untangling the cycles of anxiety, reclaiming your personal agency, and finally feeling at home within your own mind and your most important relationships.
My Approach

I draw from a range of therapeutic frameworks to support your unique history, internal dialogue, and relational goals. Some of the modalities I integrate into our "assemblage" of care include:
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): A specialized, somatic approach to help your brain and body process and "unstick" unresolved trauma and distressing life experiences.
Narrative Therapy: To help you externalize problems, quiet the internal critic, and reclaim your personal agency.
Somatic Approaches: To connect with the "felt sense" in your body and help regulate a nervous system that has been stuck in "high-alert."
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): To identify and shift the thought patterns that fuel chronic anxiety and worry.
I am trauma-informed and relationship-affirming—which means I respect the wisdom of your nervous system and the survival strategies you’ve built to protect your peace and your heart.
In everyday terms? I provide a compassionate mirror and a safe container. I help you name the stories that are keeping you small, offer tools to quiet the internal noise of anxiety, and guide you in building a life—and a relationship with yourself—that feels truly secure, intentional, and whole.
