People I Journey With

Millennials

Millennials are navigating a unique intersection of identity, purpose, and pressure. Often sandwiched between cultural shifts, evolving expectations, and personal growth, they may feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of what’s “supposed” to come next. Therapy can offer space to deconstruct old narratives, explore authentic values, and feel more at home in their own lives.

Athletes + High-Performers

Athletes and high performers often carry the weight of ambition, discipline, and external validation. Whether pushing limits in sport, career, or both, they may struggle with burnout, identity beyond achievement, or the fear of slowing down. Therapy invites them to pause, reconnect with their full selves, and cultivate balance, not just excellence.

Spiritually Abused Through Religious Trauma

Religious trauma involves the lasting impact of spiritual environments that caused harm through shame, fear, rigidity, or exclusion. It often affects one’s sense of self, safety, and belonging. Therapy provides a safe space to question, grieve, and heal, while making room for a new relationship to faith, meaning, or self-defined spirituality.

The Work We Do Together

EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy approach that helps people heal from distressing experiences, trauma, and negative beliefs. Through guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps the brain reprocess painful memories so they feel less intense and no longer hold the same emotional charge. It’s a powerful way to find relief, clarity, and emotional freedom—without having to relive every detail of the past.

Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy

Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy is a gentle, body-centred approach to healing that blends mindfulness with deep emotional work. Instead of just talking about your experiences, Hakomi invites you to slow down, tune into your body, and explore the unconscious beliefs that shape how you see yourself and the world. It’s rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that the body holds wisdom—and that healing happens when we listen to it with care.

Narrative Therapy

Narrative Therapy is a collaborative, empowering approach that views you as the expert of your own story. Instead of seeing problems as something you are, Narrative Therapy sees them as something you’re experiencing. Together, we explore the stories you've been told—and the ones you’ve told yourself—to uncover your strengths, reframe limiting beliefs, and author a new, more authentic narrative aligned with who you truly are.

Parts Work (IFS)

Parts Work is a therapeutic approach based on the idea that we’re all made up of different “parts” or inner voices—like the perfectionist, the inner critic, the protector, or the wounded child. These parts each have a story and a purpose, even if they seem to be in conflict. In therapy, we gently get to know these parts with curiosity and compassion, helping them find healing and harmony so you can feel more whole, grounded, and at peace.

Creative Arts Therapy

Creative Arts Therapy uses artistic expression—whether through art, music, movement, or drama—as a way to explore and process emotions, trauma, and experiences. By tapping into your creative side, this therapy offers a safe space to express what words alone can’t capture, unlocking deeper layers of healing. It’s a process of discovery, where you don’t need to be an artist to connect with your inner world and find new ways of understanding and growth.

Sylvanotherapy

Sylvanotherapy (Forest Therapy), also known as forest bathing, is a nature-based therapeutic practice that involves immersing oneself in the healing power of the natural world. Through mindful walks in the forest, you engage all your senses to connect with the environment—breathing in the fresh air, feeling the textures of leaves and bark, and soaking in the peaceful energy of the trees. This practice helps reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and foster a deep sense of relaxation and renewal.
